Problem
The battery level of the watch changes after the watch is updated.
Cause
Updating the device will consume power. The power consumption generally depends on how long the update takes. If the device is placed on the charging cradle during the update, the battery level may increase after the update is complete. If the firmware related to the battery level is updated, the battery health will be optimized and the battery level may also change.
Solution
This is normal and does not indicate an issue with your device. If the battery level is discontinuous when not performing an update or when powering on/off, take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
