Before linking

• Parent/Legal guardian: Open HUAWEI FamCare and log in to your HUAWEI ID. If you're using a HUAWEI phone logged in to your HUAWEI ID, you'll be automatically logged in to HUAWEI FamCare with the same account.
• Make sure that the call, SMS, mobile data, and caller ID display services have been enabled for the kids' watch's SIM card.
• Avoid inserting your (parent/legal guardian's) SIM card into the kids' watch.

How to link

1. Insert the dedicated SIM card into the kids' watch, power it on, and (if this is the first-time use) you'll be redirected to a permissions notice. Agree to the permissions notice, and you'll see a QR code display on the watch screen.
2. Parent/Legal guardian: Access the home screen of HUAWEI FamCare, go to Link watch > Scan code (or touch + in the upper right corner and then Scan code), and scan the QR code on the watch.
3. Touch Create new child account and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the registration. The child account will then be automatically logged in.
4. After a successful login, the linking will start between the kids' watch and the parent/legal guardian's phone. This takes about 30 seconds, depending on the devices' network conditions.
5. After a successful linking, follow the onscreen instructions to fill in watch user info and admin info.
    

   • If the kids' watch's SIM card has been used to register a HUAWEI child account, touch Use current watch account to log in to corresponding account. Alternatively, touch Switch accounts to have HUAWEI FamCare automatically display any associated HUAWEI child accounts and linked kids' watches. Select a target account for login.
   • A kids' watch can only link to one main admin at a time via HUAWEI FamCare. Remember the main admin's HUAWEI ID used for linking and always use it for app login. To change the main admin, unlink the kids' watch from the current admin via HUAWEI FamCare, and then use a new admin account for re-linking.
