  • Check whether your phone is running Android 8.0/EMUI 12.0/iOS 13.0 or later. If not, update your phone to its latest version.
  • You can also download HUAWEI FamCare by referring to here.

Search for "HUAWEI FamCare" in HUAWEI AppGallery and follow the onscreen instructions to download the app.

Update

Open HUAWEI FamCare, tap Devices, and tap the profile picture in the upper right corner and then Check for updates.

Android phones

  1. Scan the QR code displayed on the product box or the initial startup screen of the kids watch.
  2. Tap the Download button next to Download via browser or Download via AppGallery, and follow the onscreen instructions.

Update

Open HUAWEI FamCare, tap Devices, tap the profile picture in the upper right corner, then Check for updates.

iPhones

Search for "HUAWEI FamCare" in App Store and follow the onscreen instructions to download the app.

Update

Open App Store, search for "HUAWEI FamCare", and tap Update next to the HUAWEI FamCare app.
 
  • HUAWEI FamCare does not support rolling back to earlier versions after updates.
