HUAWEI P50 PRO AND P50 POCKET PREVIEW AT HUAWEI AUTHORISED STORE (WESTGATE) TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 This HUAWEI P50 PRO AND P50 POCKET PREVIEW (“Campaign”) is organized by Huawei Technologies (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“Huawei”) of 51 Changi Business Park Central 2, #07-08 The Signature, Singapore 486066 at HUAWEI AUTHORISED STORE (WESTGATE) located at 3 Gateway Drive #03-38/39 Westgate, Singapore 608532 and HUAWEI AUTHORISED STORE (313@SOMERSET) located at 313 Orchard Rd, #02-25/26/27, 313@somerset, Singapore 238895.
1.2HUAWEI AUTHORISED STORE (WESTGATE) and HUAWEI AUTHORISED STORE (313@SOMERSET) is operated by IX Mobile Pte. Ltd.
1.3This Campaign will run from 25 December 2021, 00:00AM (GMT+8) to 23 January 2022, 11:59PM (GMT+8) (“Campaign Period”). Huawei reserves the rights to shorten or extend the Campaign Period at any time without notice to Participant.
2.ELIGIBILITY
2.1This Campaign is open to all individuals who are residents in Singapore, and aged 18 years old and above as of 25th December 2021 (“Participant(s)”).
2.2Employees of Huawei, their immediate families, Huawei’s dealers, partners, advertising, creative and public relations agencies, program organizer, their employees and immediate families is not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
3. CAMPAIGN MECHANISM
3.1 During the Campaign Period, Participant will be able to participate in the designated Huawei Device Experience Activity at HUAWEI AUTHORISED STORE (WESTGATE) and HUAWEI AUTHORISED STORE (313@SOMERSET).
3.2The designated Huawei Device Experience Activity is as follow: -

i) Participant shall make an online registration and appointment on Huawei Consumer Website at [ https://consumer.huawei.com/sg/
campaign/p50-pro-p50-pocket-experience] to experience the HUAWEI P50 Pro and HUAWEI P50 Pocket at HUAWEI AUTHORISED STORE (WESTGATE) or HUAWEI AUTHORISED STORE (313@SOMERSET) by submitting the online form with all required information. (Participant who completed the online form with complete details will receive an online registration email from Huawei); - ii) Visit HUAWEI AUTHORISED STORE (WESTGATE) or HUAWEI AUTHORISED STORE (313@SOMERSET) on the appointment date and time; and
- iii) Present the online registration e-mail received from Huawei Consumer Website to the representative of HUAWEI AUTHORISED STORE (WESTGATE) or HUAWEI AUTHORISED STORE (313@SOMERSET) to experience the HUAWEI P50 Pro and HUAWEI P50 Pocket according to the guidance of the representative of HUAWEI AUTHORISED STORE (WESTGATE) and HUAWEI AUTHORISED STORE (313@SOMERSET).
3.3 Huawei and/or Huawei representative at HUAWEI AUTHORISED STORE (WESTGATE) and HUAWEI AUTHORISED STORE (313@SOMERSET)reserves the right to disqualify Participant that does not comply with the terms and conditions herein.
4. GENERAL
4.1 By providing his/her personal data for the registration and participation in this Campaign, the Participant consents to the collection, use, disclosure, transfer, storage and such other processing of the personal data, including name, email address and contact number by Huawei for the purposes relating to the Campaign pursuant to all applicable personal data protection laws in Singapore, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. Huawei will use and process the personal data provided for purposes related to the running of this Campaign, including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, free gift redemption, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this Campaign. The personal data provided will be disclosed to and processed by the operator of HUAWEI AUTHORISED STORE (WESTGATE) or HUAWEI AUTHORISED STORE (313@SOMERSET) for purposes of relating to the Campaign. The personal data provided may further be disclosed and/or transferred to Huawei's principal head of office in China and to any of its offshore affiliates or group of companies for the purpose of facilitating and supporting Huawei based on the similar purposes stated above. Whenever Huawei discloses and/or transfers such personal data to 3rd party or outside Singapore, Huawei will ensure that appropriate security measures are taken. Huawei will retain the personal data provided for this Campaign for no longer than is necessary for the purposes of the Campaign, unless extending the retention period is required or permitted by law. 4.2By participating in this Campaign, Participant is also deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by Huawei Consumer Business Privacy Statement at https://consumer.huawei.com/sg/
legal/privacy-policy/. The Participant agrees that Huawei and/or its agent and/or its third party service providers relating to this Campaign may contact them by telephone, email or such other method in connection with this Campaign.
4.3By participating in the Campaign, Participants agree to be bound by this Terms and Conditions and Huawei’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. Huawei reserves the right to the final and ultimate interpretation of this Campaign.
4.4By participating in this Campaign, Participants agree to participate and cooperate in all editorial activities relating to the Campaign. Participants further agree to grant to Huawei and its business partners, a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use all his/her footage and photographs, voice, biographical information and/or statements, at any time or times, in all media types worldwide for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes and the Participant will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.5To the extent permissible by applicable laws, Huawei assumes no responsibility for late entries due to any reasons including, but not limited to, network transmission failure.
4.6To the extent permissible by applicable laws, Huawei shall not be responsible for any losses or damages directly or indirectly incurred by any party including the Participant in connection or arising from acts or omissions or in any way related to this Campaign.
4.7To the extent permissible by applicable laws, the Participant agrees to discharge and release Huawei from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Campaign or to the Participant’s participation in the Campaign.
4.8By entering into this Campaign, the Participant agrees to indemnify and hold Huawei and the Huawei’s group of companies, their officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in title, employees, agents and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liability, claims or expenses (including any legal fees), suffered or incurred by Huawei due to or in any way arising from this Campaign.
4.9If Participants are discovered to be using or have used improper means to participate in this Campaign, Huawei reserves the right to cancel the eligibility without notice including without hesitation, the commencement of legal proceedings under the full extent of the applicable laws.
4.10Huawei reserves the rights to amend, modify and/or cancel the terms and conditions herein at any time without any further notice.
4.11This Campaign and the terms and conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
