You can claim the benefit within 3 years from the device purchase date. Each serial number (SN) is eligible to claim the benefit only once. However, it is recommended to claim the benefit within 30 days to fully enjoy the PaperMatte Display cleaning service, which is available only within the first year.
5. What happens if I only claim them in the second year?

If claimed in the second year, some services (such as PaperMatte Display Care) may have already expired and will no longer be available. However, another benefit which is battery replacement can still be used within their validity period.
