| No Internet access after authenticating on a public Wi-Fi network |
If you do not have access to the Internet after authenticating on a public wireless network, it is possible that the authentication time has expired.
In this case, go to the Wi-Fi settings screen on your device and in the list of available networks touch (or touch and hold) the network name. Select Forget/ Forget network and try connecting to the Wi-Fi network again.

It may also be that the server has reached the limit of connected devices. If possible, disable the Wi-Fi on a nearby smartphone or tablet successfully connected to the same network, then try connecting your device to the public network again.
If the issue persists, try connecting to a public network in a less crowded place.
Thanks for your feedback.
