Problem:

When inserting two SIM cards of the same carrier into a dual-SIM 4G smartphone, it is possible that the signal strength varies from one SIM card to the other.It is also possible that one SIM card connects to a 4G network, while the other one connects to a 2G or 3G network.

Cause:

This is caused by the fact that the two SIM cards use different radio frequencies and the signal strength may be affected by the phone's position, its angle or the way you hold it.

Solution:
