My phone's protective case easily cracks

Problem:

The user easily cracks the phone protective case when removing it from the top.

Cause:

A protective case usually wraps your phone edges tightly on the top, left, and right side, while leaving some room at the bottom.

Solution:

To better protect your phone, refer to the precautions for installing and removing a phone protective case:

1. When installing a protective case, start from the top of your phone, and then push the rest of your phone into the case.

2. When removing the protective case, start with the lower-right corner, and then the lower-left corner. Hold the rear camera area during the whole process to avoid damaging the case.
