Differences between Huawei Pay and bank cards in Payment and purchases

Huawei Pay can be used for:

  • In-store payments by tapping your phone
  • In-store payments with a payment code (available in certain countries and regions)
  • Taking public transport (available in some countries and regions)
  • In-app purchases (to be launched)

Bank cards in Payment and purchases can only be used for purchasing virtual goods within apps launched by Huawei, such as AppGallery, HUAWEI Themes, and Cloud.
