If HUAWEI TruSleep™ data registered on your wearable device is synchronising slowly to your phone, check if the phone is properly connected to the watch/band.
Then open the Huawei Health app and swipe down on the home screen to manually refresh the data.
If you are using a non-HUAWEI phone, we recommend adding Huawei Health on the list of apps that are allowed to run in the background. To do that, open Huawei Health, go to Devices and tap the name of your wearable.
Go to Troubleshooting and select your phone model to view how to allow the app to run in the background.
HUAWEI TruSleep™ data is usually very large, so it may take a while for it to sync to your phone, especially if your wearable device has not been connected to the phone for a long time. We recommend to open the Huawei Health app every day to sync the data.
Additionally, the speed with which data is syncing depends on the Bluetooth and CPU performance of your phone, so the synchronisation process may take longer on some phone models.
