How can I access Music app from the Watch?

First, please make sure you’re using HUAWEI Watch GT2 46mm or HUAWEI Watch GT2 42mm;

Second, make sure your Huawei Watch is connected to your smartphone through Huawei Health app (Health version has to be above or equal to 10.0.0.632).

Third, make sure your music app version is higher or equal to 12.11.6.350.

Then you can access the Music app on the watch.

In addition, for the new countries available on March 26, 2020: Germany, Ireland, Spain, France, Italy, Finland, Sweden, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Denmark, Greece, United Kingdom, Norway, Portugal, Colombia, Peru , Mexico, Argentina, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Uruguay, Chile, make sure your music app version is higher or equal to 12.11.8.307 and above

  • Find the music player on the Watch
  • Select the 3 dots
  • Select 'Phone' as the source of the Music playback
