How to view Contacts data exported from the HUAWEI Cloud official website

Contacts data from the HUAWEI Cloud official website is exported as vCard files in .vcf format, which can't be opened directly. To view the data, first transfer the files to the local storage of your phone. Then access the home screen of your phone, open Contacts, touch , and go to Settings > Import/Export > Import from storage. You will then be able to view the exported data.
