When the HUAWEI Vision has just been powered on
The HUAWEI Vision system optimises apps when it is powered on. This will take some time. The slow response in this case is normal and does not indicate an issue with your device.
When the HUAWEI Vision has been running for a period of time
If you use memory-intensive apps (such as a media player to play HD videos), the system will force quit AI Voice to allow those apps to be used. Therefore, it takes longer to wake up AI Voice. To resolve this issue, perform the following:
- Go to HUAWEI Vision > All apps > Optimizer, click Optimise to perform Memory cleanup and free up space on the HUAWEI Vision, and try using AI Voice again.
- Remove the power plug of your HUAWEI Vision, insert it again, and try using AI Voice again. This should help the HUAWEI Vision clear apps running in the background, and optimise performance.
