Ever wanted to use the speaker to play audio directly from your phone? Tap your phone against the speaker for a Bluetooth connection, and audio from your phone will seamlessly switch to the speaker for a more solid audio quality. You can even do this when the speaker is not connected to a network.
Only supports NFC-capable phones running Android 5.1.1 or later and does not support iOS phones.
- Enable NFC on your phone, and make sure the screen is unlocked and turned on.
- Tap the NFC area on your phone against the
icon on the speaker, and touch to connect on your phone. You can now use the speaker to play audio from your phone.
To disconnect Bluetooth, use any of the following methods:
- When the phone screen is unlocked and turned on, tap the NFC area on your phone against the
icon on the speaker again.You can disconnect your phone from the speaker by tapping it against the speaker again. Currently, this feature is only supported on non-Huawei Android phones and Huawei phones running EMUI 10.0 or earlier.
- Cancel the Bluetooth pairing between your phone and the speaker: Access the Bluetooth settings screen of your phone and touch the name of the connected speaker to disconnect.
- Disable Bluetooth on the speaker: Press and hold the Multi-function button
until you hear a notification tone.
- Disable Bluetooth on your phone: Access the Bluetooth settings screen of your phone and disable Bluetooth.
