Rope jumping
  1. Press the Home button from the home screen of the kids watch to enter the app list and go to Workout > Jump Rope to enter the jump rope screen.
  2. Switch between Jump rope for one minute mode and Free Jump Rope mode.
  3. Touch Jump rope or the Start icon and wait three seconds. The device will then start recording your jump rope data.
  4. Touch to pause rope jumping. Touch and hold to stop rope jumping and generate the jump rope data.

    If the jump rope data is 0, the watch will display a message indicating that the data will not be recorded when you end the workout. You will need to confirm before exiting the workout.
