Unable to wake the voice assistant using voice commands

To use the voice assistant on the watch, ensure that the watch has a good network connection. Then perform the following operations:
- Using a Huawei phone as an example, if the screen is locked for more than 30 minutes, the phone and watch will automatically disconnect. In this case, unlock the phone, check whether the network connection is normal and the Huawei Health app is running in the background, and then restart the voice assistant. If you want to keep your phone connected to a network, go to Battery > More settings and enable Stay connected while asleep on the phone. The method for enabling this feature may vary depending on the phone specifications. For details, contact your phone manufacturer.
- If the watch is disconnected from your phone, swipe down on the home screen of the watch, turn on the switch for WLAN or mobile data, and restart the voice assistant.

The voice assistant can't be woken during a call on the watch. End the call and then try again.

- If the watch screen is turned off or steady on, you can't wake the voice assistant using . Please press and hold the Down button, or use the voice assistant when the watch screen is turned on.
- If you set a lock screen password for the watch, you can't use the voice assistant when the screen is locked. Please unlock the watch and restart the voice assistant.
