[Huawei] Sunlight data on the kids watch is inaccurate |
If Sunlight data is inaccurate, perform operations based on the following scenarios.
Wear the watch properly
- When the watch is covered by clothes or other objects, the accuracy of Sunlight data will be affected.
Check the sunlight intensity
- On cloudy or rainy days, the sensor can't sense the sunlight because there is not much light, which affects the accuracy of Sunlight data.
- When you are in a vehicle, Sunlight data may vary depending on the position where you are seated.
- The watch doesn't collect Sunlight data from sunset to sunrise. The sunrise/sunset time is provided by the Weather app. Ensure that the data service of the watch is normal.
Check Footprint status
- When Footprint is disabled, the Sunlight data discrepancy will be within 10 minutes.
- When Footprint is enabled, the Sunlight data discrepancy will range from 2 to 3 minutes.
To enable Footprint, open the HUAWEI FamCare app, touch
in the upper right corner, select Footprint, touch the Settings icon in the upper right corner, and turn on the switch for Footprint.
