My phone fails to connect to my printer through direct printing

Problem

The phone fails to connect to the printer through direct printing.

Problem 1: When phone A is connecting to the printer through direct printing (the connection is still yet to be successful), phone B fails to connect to the printer.

Problem 2: When the phone is in multi-screen collaboration or projection, it fails to connect to the printer through direct printing.

Problem 3: When there are already two phones connected to the printer through direct printing, the third phone cannot connect to the printer through direct printing.

Cause

1. During the connection between a phone and the printer through direct printing, another phone cannot connect to the printer.

2. When the phone is in multi-screen collaboration or projection, it cannot connect to the printer through direct printing.

3. Direct printing does not support the connections of more than two phones at the same time.

Solution

1. When the connection between phone A and the printer is successful through direct printing, phone B can then connect to the printer.

2. Disable multi-screen collaboration or projection on your phone, and then connect your phone to the printer through direct printing.

3. Disconnect the connected phone, and then connect another phone to the printer through direct printing.
