After Sleep mode is enabled on the watch, incoming calls and notifications will be muted, the screen will not turn on when you raise your wrist, and the watch face will enter Simplified mode.
Swipe down on the watch face screen and touch Sleep mode to enable or disable the mode.
HUAWEI WATCH 3 series: Swipe down from the shortcut bar, touch the sleep mode icon 
, and touch 
to enable Sleep mode.
Sleep mode can be manually enabled or automatically enabled when the device detects that you are asleep.
