If you start a cycling workout on your watch but phone-watch linking during cycling not enabled, your cycling data won't display on your phone in real time. Take the following measures to solve this issue.
Display on phone not enabled
Before starting a workout, toggle on the switch for Display on phone by going to Workout > Workout settings > Display on phone on your watch.
Your watch is not connected to the Huawei Health app on your phone
To display cycling data on your phone in real time while cycling, connect your watch to the Huawei Health app beforehand and keep the Bluetooth connection stable throughout your session.
Huawei Health app is not opened on the paired iOS or third-party Android phone when you start cycling on your watch
If you are using an iOS or third-party Android phone, keep the Huawei Health app open and running in the foreground on your phone before starting cycling on your watch. The connection won't work if the app runs only in the background.
Currently, only the HUAWEI WATCH GT 6 Series/HUAWEI WATCH Ultimate 2 supports this feature when paired with an iOS or third-party Android phone. For other HUAWEI watches, this feature is only supported when paired with a HUAWEI phone.
