HUAWEI Service Carnival | HUAWEI Support Singapore

1. HUAWEI Service Carnival (“Campaign”) is organized by HUAWEI International Pte Ltd (“HUAWEI”) at the participating HUAWEI Authorized Service Center(s) (“ASC”) listed below:

2. This Campaign will run from 1st April 2024 - 30th June 2024 (“Campaign Period”). HUAWEI shall reserve the right to shorten or extend the HUAWEI Service Carnival Campaign Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

3. Only HUAWEI devices which are sold through authorized channels in Singapore are eligible to participate in this Campaign.

Up to 20% Off Selected Spare Parts & Accessories

4. Under this Spare Parts Discounts promotion, customers are entitled to enjoy discounted prices for out of warranty repairs during the Campaign Period, limited to the selected list of HUAWEI devices below. It does not include all devices, please search for your device on the list of eligible spare part and price list.

5. The discount price set out above is only the cost of the selected spare parts, excluding repair labor charge (which will be separately quoted by ASC). Subjected to 8% GST

6. Only discounted price of selected spare parts are displayed above. The usual spare part price of all HUAWEI branded devices can be found at https://consumer.huawei.com/sg/support/sparepart-price/ or in My HUAWEI App.

7. The spare parts replaced under this promotion are entitled to 90 days of warranty starting from the date of collection of the repaired device. For the avoidance of doubt, the warranty applies only to the selected spare parts replaced and does not cover damage resulting from mishandling of the repaired device or human induced damage.

8. The stock of selected spare parts of each ASC are subject to availability and will be supplied on a first-come-first-served basis.

FREE Back Cover with Screen Replacement

9. In this campaign, customers are entitled to replace the back cover for free if confirmed to replace the screen first. Back cover information is listed on the campaign page. Back cover stock is subject to availability and on a first come, first serve basis.

10. Each customer is only given 1 opportunity in 1 device to change the back cover for free.

11. Some back covers may not be able to participate in the event due to supply reasons.

BATTERY REPLACEMENT

13. Under this Battery Replacement promotion, customers are entitled to replace the battery of selected HUAWEI mobile device models at all HUAWEI Authorized Service Centers during the Campaign Period. Please search for your device on the list of eligible models and price list. The stock of battery is subject to availability and on a first-come-first-served basis.

14. The selected HUAWEI device models eligible for this Battery Replacement promotion are as follows:

15. This Battery Replacement promotion is applicable for device which are purchased in Singapore only.

16. The Battery Replacement promotion is only applicable to battery replacement, excluding other repair or maintenance services (which will be separately quoted by ASC).

17. The price of SGD50 / SGD99 (for the corresponding participating models) under this promotion is inclusive of both price for the battery and labor charge for battery replacement. Subjected to 8% GST

18. The replaced battery is entitled to 90 days warranty starting from the collection date. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from mishandling/human induced damage.

HUAWEI CARE 20% OFF

19. HUAWEI offers discounts of up to 20% for HUAWEI Care products. The service product on the selected HUAWEI Care is “Extended Warranty”. The following is a list of selected Models:

FREE GIFT FOR REPAIR CUSTOMER:

20. Customer who completed repair services and collects a duly repaired HUAWEI branded device from ASC during the Campaign Period, will receive one (1) unit of free gift as designated by the ASC, from the following list of free gifts:

21. This promotion is applicable only for walk-in service repair customers at the participating ASC, or free postal service repair customers.

22. Each customer (of the same identity) is only allowed to receive a maximum of one (1) free gift throughout the Activity Period. The applicable free gifts are limited and will be on a first-come-first-served basis and only while stock lasts.

23. HUAWEI and the ASC reserve the right to change the free gift with gifts of similar value without prior notification at its sole and absolute discretion. Free gifts are not exchangeable for cash or item, and are non-transferable.

24. HUAWEI and the ASC assumes no liability or responsibility in respect to defect or deficiency of the free gift or the nature/consumption of the free gift and will not entertain any direct correspondence with anyone in this regard.

PRIVACY

25. By participating in this Campaign, customer hereby agrees and provides consent to HUAWEI, its affiliates, and the ASC(s) to the use of any personal data as provided by the customer for the purpose of participation in Campaign in line with the applicable personal data protection laws and regulations, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by HUAWEI and the ASC(s) for lawful purposes directly related to the running of this Campaign and in line with HUAWEI's Privacy Policy stated at https://consumer.huawei.com/sg/privacy/privacy-statement-huawei/.

GENERAL

26. Customer shall back up his/her data and remove any confidential, proprietary, or personal information from his/her device before sending in his/her device for diagnosis or repair. HUAWEI is not responsible for the damage or loss of any programs, data, or removable storage media in the device.

27. By participating in this Campaign, customer agrees to participate and cooperate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Campaign. Customer agrees to grant HUAWEI a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use such footage and photographs, voice, biographical information and/or statements of the customer, at any time or times, in all media types worldwide for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes and the customer will not be entitled to any fee for such use.

28. If customers are discovered to be using or have used improper means to participate in this Campaign, HUAWEI reserves the right to cancel the eligibility of the customer without notice.

29. By participating in this Campaign, customers are deemed to have reviewed, read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

30. Devices purchased from unauthorized channels are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.

31. HUAWEI reserves the rights to add, modify and/or cancel the Terms and Conditions herein at any time without further notice.

32. This Campaign and the Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
