Statement about HUAWEI Appointment Service and Privacy

HUAWEI Appointment Service is a service provided by HUAWEI International Pte Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "HUAWEI", "we", "us", or "our"). HUAWEI takes your personal information and privacy seriously, and is committed to taking appropriate security measures to protect your personal information in accordance with relevant laws and established industry security standards.

1. What Data Do We Collect About You?
In the Appointment Service, we shall collect and use your personal data only for the purposes stated in this Statement. Personal data refers to any data that enables us to identify you as a user.
We will collect and process the following data:
• Contact information: including name, phone number, address information, email address, postal code.
• Device information: including SN, product model information and fault description.
• Appointment information: including appointment time, appointment ASC (authorized service center).
2. How Do We Use Your Data?
In order to provide you with the Appointment Services, as well as to fulfill our contractual obligations, HUAWEI will process and use your personal data for getting in touch with you, implement and process the request, cancellation of the service, assessment and judgment of the device fault type, query of the maintenance ASC, send back to you your device after repairing.
If you do not provide or disagree to share the preceding information, you will not be able to obtain the Appointment Service.
3. How Long Do We Store Your Data?
We will retain your personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes defined in this Statement.
For Appointment Service, your contact appointment information and device will be retained for 24 months and SN will be retained for 36 months after the last time you communicate with HUAWEI (including the last time of communication by HUAWEI for after-sales services), provided that no service has occurred between you and HUAWEI within this period.
Once the retention period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal data, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations.
4. How Do We Share Your Data?
We store your data in data centers located in the Singapore.
• To provide you with appointment service, we will encrypt and share your contact, device and appointment information with the service provider. We have signed a data processing agreement with the service provider. The service provider will process your personal information in strict accordance with our requirements and the data processing agreement.
• We may also share your data in response to a legal process or request from a competent authority according to applicable laws or in connection with a legal proceeding or process.
• Your data may also be disclosed as part of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets (such as service agreements), or transfer of services to a HUAWEI group entity or another company.
5. What Are Your Rights and Options?
You have the following data subject rights and options regarding your personal data:
