Wireless reverse charging is a feature that allows you to use your phone to charge other devices that support wireless charging. To use wireless reverse charging, pay attention to the following tips.
Make sure that the device to be charged supports wireless charging. For other products not listed below, check the product specifications on the Huawei consumer business website.
HUAWEI devices that support this feature: Mate X6, Mate 70 Pro+, Mate 70 Pro, Mate 70, Mate 70 RS, Mate XT, Pura 70, Pura 70 Pro, Pura 70 Pro+, Pura 70 Ultra, Mate 60 Pro+, Mate 60 Pro, Mate 60, Mate 60 RS, Mate 50 RS, Mate 50 Pro, and Mate 50
- Make sure Wireless reverse charging is not enabled on the device that you want to charge. Otherwise, the device that you want to charge may start charging your phone instead.
- Do not place your phone on a metal object when Wireless reverse charging is enabled.
- Go to and turn on the Wireless reverse charging switch.
- Ensure that the device being charged is powered on.
- Place the device to be charged in the centre of the back of your phone. Do not place any metal objects, such as cards or coins, between the two devices.
- Wireless reverse charging is less powerful than wired charging, and it may take longer to charge large-capacity devices. It is more suitable for charging in emergency situations.
- When your phone's battery level is lower than 20% and you are not charging it, it will no longer charge the other device and Wireless reverse charging will be automatically disabled.
