Unable to disable Airplane mode on my HUAWEI computer

Problem

Airplane mode cannot be disabled in Windows.

Cause

• Some third-party software is automatically added to startup items.
• The Wi-Fi Direct Services Connection Manager Service is abnormal.

Solution

Method 1:

1. In the lower left corner of the taskbar, click the search bar and enter msconfig to search for and open System Configuration.

   

2. Click Services, select Hide all Microsoft services, select all the services, click Disable all, and then click Apply.

   

3. Click Startup and then click Open Task Manager.

   

4. Disable all items on the Startup tab.

   

5. If the issue persists, press and hold the Power button for 10 seconds to power off your computer and then restart it.

Method 2:

1. Press Win+R to open the Run window. Enter msconfig and click OK to open System Configuration. On the General tab, set Startup selection to Normal startup, click OK, and then restart the computer.

   

2. Press Win+R to open the Run window. Enter services.msc and click OK. Double-click Wi-Fi Direct Services Connection Manager Service. In the displayed window, set Startup type to Automatic.

   

If the issue persists

If the issue persists, back up your data in advance, record your Office account, and use F10 to restore your computer to its factory settings.
