My HUAWEI computer shows that Bluetooth is disabled when connected to a Bluetooth device

Problem

After the computer has been connected to multiple Bluetooth devices, the pairing information shows that Bluetooth is disabled for a period of time. It takes some time for the Bluetooth pairing status to be correctly displayed.

Cause

This is due to the Microsoft strategy that allows a maximum of seven devices to be connected to the computer. A longer Bluetooth loading time is needed when more devices are connected.

Solution

1. Remove Bluetooth devices that are not frequently used. To do so, perform the following steps: Click the Start icon in the lower left corner of the desktop, go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices, find the corresponding Bluetooth device, click ... on its right, and click Remove device, as shown in the following figure.

   

2. If the issue persists, back up your data and take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
