Problem

Each time PC Manager Smart Customer Service is being opened, the security alert "Error: Revocation information for the security certificate for this site is not available. Do you want to proceed?" appears.

Cause

The computer system time is not synced with the Internet time.

Solution

Sync the computer time to the Internet time.

If the issue persists, back up your data, and use F10 to restore the computer to its factory settings.

Precautions for using F10 to restore to factory settings:

• This method can be used to back up personal files. It is recommended that you back up your personal Microsoft account information. After the system is restored to its factory settings, you'll need to reinstall the software installed on the C drive.
• Backed up data will be stored in folders that you have designated. Once you use F10 to restore the system, copy the files to the C drive to restore the backed-up data.
