The window displays slowly when I use Microsoft Edge to download apps on my HUAWEI laptops

Problem

When an older version of the Microsoft Edge browser is used for download, the window takes more than 20 seconds to display.

Cause

Due to differences between Microsoft Edge browser versions, there is a possibility that the window displays slowly during app download.

Solution

1. After connecting your device to the Internet, open the Edge browser, go to Settings > About Microsoft Edge and update your browser to its latest version.

   

2. If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the Edge browser.
3. If the issue remains unresolved, back up your data, activate your Office account, and use F10 to restore your device to its factory settings. If the issue is still unsolved, take your device and relevant proof to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
