How to query my payments and check whether the amount has been deducted from my phone number account

After a payment is successful, an SMS will be sent to your phone number. Note that whether an SMS is sent depends on your carrier.

You can also go to Settings > Account centre > Payment and purchases > Purchase history to check your purchase history.

If you have questions regarding the amount deducted from your phone number account, contact your carrier.
