When using fingerprint payment for the first time, you will be asked to download the payment certificate if it is not yet available. You can use the Payment password to verify your identity.

If a payment is indicated as failed but the amount has still been deducted from your bank account or you can't pay with PayPal even through the linked bank card is valid, please provide the following information to Huawei. We will locate the issue and get back to you.

*Phone number

*HUAWEI ID

*Purchase date

*Purchased item (such as theme, cloud, and game)

*Device model

*Huawei Mobile Services version

*Transaction feedback (email or SMS) from your bank (if a deduction has been made)

*Your phone number

Why is one Euro deducted from my bank account when I add a bank card for Huawei In-App Purchases?

The one Euro is deducted by Huawei as a deposit to verify that your bank account is valid. You will usually receive a full refund in about 15 minutes. If your local currency is not the Euro, the local currency equivalent to one euro will be deducted according to the exchange rate.
