  • Q- How long time and how many times can I use HUAWEI Care+ to protect my HUAWEI WATCH GT 4?
    A- There are two types of HUAWEI Care+ for HUAWEI WATCH GT 4, they are as following:
    - 24 months of protection including 2 replacements.
    can be used for 2 replacments, either one replacement for 2 times during the service period or 2 replacments in one time.
    - 12 months of protection including 1 replacement.
    can be used for only 1 replacement during the service period.

1- HUAWEI Care+ for HUAWEI WATCH GT 4 are applicable for the Watches which are purchased from official sale channels in Saudi Arabia.

2- HUAWEI Care+ for HUAWEI WATCH GT 4 provides user with the protection services for his Watch and allow him to replace the accidentally damaged part for free, user only need to pay SAR 79 as a replacement fee.

3- HUAWEI Care+ for HUAWEI WATCH GT 4 includes Screen, Mainboard, BackCover, Battery, and it is not include strap of watch.

4- HUAWEI Care+ for HUAWEI WATCH GT 4 benefits can be used and consumed in HUAWEI Authorized Service Centers in Saudi Arabia which are in Riyadh, Jeddah and Al-Khobar.

5- Free Postal Service is applicable in this service, so user can send his device to HUAWEI Authorized Service Center using Free Postal Service.
