The language displayed in AppGallery is determined by your EMUI/Magic UI system's language settings, rather than your service region. To change the system language, from the home screen go to 
and select a language.
If the interface language of some app names in AppGallery is inconsistent with the system language on your phone (because the app developer does not add the corresponding language for the app name), you can contact the app developer to ask them to add the language to their app name in AppGallery, or provide local Huawei customer service personnel with the app name and screenshots of the issue, so that they can remind the developer to add the language.
