Scenario 1: Exporting images to a computer using HiSuite leads to image loss on the phone.

You may have selected to delete exported images after using HiSuite to export them to the computer. When using the export function in the lower right corner of HiSuite's image page, selecting the "delete exported images" option will delete all exported images from your phone, leading to image loss.

If the HD icon can be displayed normally before the phone system is restored, but cannot be displayed afterwards, try the following: Remove the SIM card and insert another SIM card provided by a different carrier into your phone. When the new SIM card successfully registers with the network, remove it and insert the original SIM card into your phone to resolve the issue.
  2. This function has been cancelled on HiSuite_9.0.3.300 and later. There is no need to worry about image loss.

Scenario 2: Can I use HiSuite to export all pictures or videos from my phone to a computer?

No. You can only do that folder by folder. For example, to export pictures or videos from the Photos, Magazine unlock, Screenshots, and Others albums or album collections, you need to export at least four times. The exported pictures or videos will not be compressed.

Scenario 3: How do I know which images/videos have been exported if data transmission is interrupted?

After the data transmission resumes, you can select all images/videos you wanted to export from the previous time and start the exporting process again. Images that have been exported will not be processed again.

Scenario 4: HiSuite's image screen does not load images correctly

Update HiSuite to version 9.0.2.300[l1] _OVE or later, and try again.

Scenario 5: Unable to import some images and videos using HiSuite

The format of the images or videos is not supported by HiSuite.

Supported image formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG, BMP, GIF (static), and WBMP.

Supported video formats: ndv, divx, xvid, wmv, flv, ts, rmvb, mkv, mov, m4v, 3gp, rm, as, asf, avi, mp4.
