An admin can touch Locate on the home screen of the FamCare app to refresh the location of the kids watch and view the location in real time.
- Locating the kids watch using the FamCare app depends on the network condition of the watch. After the watch is powered off, its last location can be viewed in the FamCare app.
- If you do not touch Locate on the home screen of the FamCare app, the location displayed in the app will not be the real-time location. In this case, the FamCare app needs to be opened again to automatically check whether the location is out of date. If the FamCare app detects that the location was obtained mroe than five minutes ago, the location will be automatically refreshed.
- For users outside the Chinese mainland, Huawei Maps is used on the home screen of the FamCare app and can be changed to Baidu Maps. Huawei Maps is not available in the Chinese mainland.
