[Singapore] How to check device warranty (HiCare and Consumer Website)
You may check your phone warranty by the following methods.
1. Huawei Consumer Website
You may visit our official support website by accessing the below link, key in the your phone Serial Number and verification code then click search
https://consumer.huawei.com/sg/support/warranty-query/

2. Support (or HiCare) App

There are several ways to check in the Support (or HiCare) Application. Click HERE to watch video guide.

Open our pre-installed Support (or HiCare) App on the phone, choose “Me”, and choose “My device”. Your warranty
information will be displayed.
(2.b)
Open our pre-installed Support (or HiCare) App on the phone, choose “Benefits” which under QUICK SERVICE, your warranty and
other benefit information will be displayed.
Eg: You can refer to the following example for EMUI 9.0 phones:
