- The music may have been converted to LC-AAC/MP3 using other protocols, resulting in the watch being unable to play the music.
- The sampling rate of the music is not supported. Currently, the supported sampling rate is MP3 (32, 44.1, or 48 kHz).
- The music file is damaged. Please download it again or play another music file.
