(“Campaign”) is arranged and sponsored by Huawei Services (Hong Kong) Co.,
Limited, a Limited Liability Company established under the laws of Hong Kong
(hereafter “Huawei
Services HK” or “Huawei”).

This Campaign is open for all users whose registered the HUAWEI
ID under Singapore.
How to subscribe and enjoy the benefit:
1. Register and login to HUAWEI ID.
2. Click [Setting] > Click [HUAWEI
Account Center] > Click [Cloud] to enter HUAWEI Mobile Cloud.
3. Click “UPGRADE CLOUD STORAGE SPACE” to
participate in the promotion of this Campaign.
4. Subscribe 50GB monthly auto-renew, you
will get Free 50GB Cloud Storage Space for first 3 months. 50GB monthly auto-renew
charges will deduct automatically for another month upon expiry (you can check
the original price when you subscribe the purchase) start from 4th month. You can
cancel the subscription anytime.
5. If you cancel the subscription, you
can still manage and download your data in HUAWEI Mobile Cloud after the
expiration date of the package, but you can’t upload new data to HUAWEI Mobile
Cloud.
6. This promotion is only open for the HUAWEI
ID that never subscribed 50GB HUAWEI Mobile Cloud monthly auto-renew package
before.
7. If currently you are using the HUAWEI
Mobile Cloud storage plan that more than 50GB, you only can subscribe 50GB monthly
auto-renew after the current plan has ended.
8. The additional Cloud Storage Space are not transferable, not assignable
and not redeemable for cash.
9. All Cloud Storage Space are Huawei
standard products, and shall entitled to standard warranty services. Huawei
Services HK makes no representation, warranty or undertaking as to any implied
terms and conditions with respect to the Cloud Storage Space in this Campaign.
10. Huawei Services HK assumes no liability or
responsibility in respect to defect or deficiency of the Cloud Storage Space or
the nature/consumption of the Cloud Storage Space and will not entertain any
direct correspondence with anyone in this regard.
By participating in this Campaign,
participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
This Campaign is not transferable, not
assignable and not redeemable for cash.
Any imposition of taxes, fees, and any other costs associated
with the acceptance and use of the Cloud Storage Space are the sole
responsibility by you.
Participants must be 18 years or above. Minors should have their
parent or guardian enter on their behalf.
Employees of Huawei or Huawei group, their immediate families,
Huawei’s Advertising, Creative and Public Relations agencies, program
organizer, their employees and immediate families are not eligible to
participate in this Campaign.

Terms prohibited by laws are void.
Huawei processes and uses any personal data as provided by the
participant for the purpose of participation in this Campaign in line with the
local applicable laws and the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap.
486) (“PDPO”). The data shall be processed for lawful purposes directly related
to the running of this Campaign including but not limited to any administrative
matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this Campaign. Any
personal data provided is retained no longer than 1 months after the Campaign.
This Campaign and the Terms and Conditions herein shall be
governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Huawei reserves all the rights to modify or
amend the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign from time to time, and the
latest version of the Terms and Conditions is available at here or to cancel it with
immediate effect with prior notice.
Please be advised that all materials posted on site are
subjected to public downloading and viewing of third party viewers. All
intellectual property rights contained in the apps, theme(s), etc. for the
purpose of this Campaign shall be owned by Huawei.
