Solution
- It is recommended that you use the standard wireless charger to charge your watch.
- Make sure that the coil of the wireless charger stand is aligned with the coil of the watch. If you are using a non-dedicated charger (with the coils not aligned), charging will be interrupted, the charging efficiency will deteriorate, or the watch will heat up.
- Check whether your watch has been updated to the latest version. If not, update it to the latest version and try again.
- If you are using a non-dedicated charger to charge your watch, perform the following steps to troubleshoot:
