Problem
After being paired with an OPPO or Xiaomi phone, the watch fails to respond when the user taps the answer button for an incoming call. It can end calls properly, but cannot answer them.
Solution
Update the OPPO phone to version PGEM10_14.0.0.810 and then connect it to a wearable (not limited to HUAWEI wearables). If the wearable does not respond when you answer an incoming call on it, perform the following to solve this issue: Go to Settings > Sound & vibration and disable Do Not Disturb. (Take OPPO phones as an example. The same applies to Xiaomi phones.)
Alternatively, on your phone, go to Settings > Bluetooth, tap the arrow next to the watch name, and set the device type (default: watch) to Headphone, and try again.
If the user asks for the issue cause, advise the user to contact the phone vendor's after-sales team to give feedback. (OPPO hotline: 95018; Xiaomi hotline: 400-100-5678.)
Note: If the Do Not Disturb mode is not enabled on your phone, or the issue persists after you disable it, collect information and escalate the issue.
