Problem

After the user taps the Remote shutter button () on their HUAWEI watch that's paired with an iPhone, the watch screen indicates a successful shooting, but the photo cannot be found in phone Photos.

Solution

  1. Disable and re-enable Bluetooth on your phone.

After restarting Bluetooth on your phone, open the pre-installed camera on your phone before using Remote shutter (), and then check whether there are new photos in the Photos app.

  2. Re-enable the camera or Photos access permission for the HUAWEI Health app.

Go to Settings > Apps > HUAWEI Health on your iPhone, disable and then re-enable the camera or Photos access permission for the HUAWEI Health app, and then open the camera again.

  3. Delete the device and pair it again.

Unpair your watch from the HUAWEI Health app by referring to Unpairing a watch or band from my phone. Then pair them and try again.

  4. If the issue persists
