Applicable system:
- Double check APN settings. You have to receive APN settings from provider automatically. If these settings incorrect, add APN manually (Settings - Wireless & Networks - Mobile networks - Access Point Names). 2 APN profiles must be created (one for internet access, second for MMS). Usually MMS settings from provider contains APN server, login, password, MMSC address (sometimes proxy and port)
- Internet connection is mandatory.
- Mobile network currently overloaded or mobile network reception is poor. Please try again later or change your location (e.g. indoors come up to windows)
- MMS denied by provider's MMS center. Recipient number could be invalid or MMS entire size exceeds maximum size, allowed by mobile service provider (usually 300 Kb)
- Balance is unsufficient to send MMS.
- Low storage space. Remove some cache / temporary files / unneccesary applications
- Restart your handset
