My phone's battery drains quickly when the battery level is low

Problem:

The phone's battery drains quickly when it is lower than 10%.

Cause:

• When your phone's battery level is low, not much power has been stored in the battery. To ensure your user experience and help you save on data or charge your phone in a timely manner, your phone needs to quickly calibrate the battery to obtain the actual battery level. As a result, the battery level may decrease quickly, which is a normal phenomenon.
• To protect the battery and prevent it from being damaged due to an excessive release of battery power, the phone will automatically shut down even when the battery power has not been fully exhausted.

Solution:

• When the battery level is low, it is recommended that you go to Settings > Battery and enable Power saving mode or Ultra power saving to conserve battery power.
• Regularly clear background apps, especially before going to sleep, to help your phone enter Sleep mode and calibrate its battery level more accurately.
