This happens because some third-party plug-ins are not compatible with Internet Explorer. It is recommended that you clear the cache in Internet Explorer or disable third-party plug-ins.
The solution is as follows:
- To clear the cache in Internet Explorer, perform the following:
- Open Internet Explorer, click the Settings icon in the top-right corner, and click Internet options.
- Click Delete... under Browsing history to delete unnecessary files, and click Delete.
- Open Internet Explorer, click the Settings icon in the top-right corner, and click Internet options.
- To disable the running of unnecessary add-ons, perform the following:
- Open Internet Explorer, click the Settings icon in the top-right corner, and select Manage add-ons.
- From the Toolbars and Extensions menu, select the add-ons that you would like to disable.
- Restart Internet Explorer to check whether the issue has been resolved.
- Open Internet Explorer, click the Settings icon in the top-right corner, and select Manage add-ons.
