- Data backed up using HiSuite on devices running HarmonyOS 4.3 or earlier can only be restored to devices running HarmonyOS 4.3 or earlier. It cannot be restored to devices running HarmonyOS 5.
- The data that can be backed up depends on the HiSuite version. To ensure that your data can be backed up successfully, update HiSuite to the latest version before backing up data.
- App data refers to the data stored under the system path (data/data), not app data created and saved on the internal storage card or SD card, such as downloaded media files.
- Images, videos, documents, and audio files stored on the storage card (SD card/NM card) cannot be backed up.
- Data cannot be backed up using HiSuite in sub-user or PrivateSpace mode.
- Financial app data cannot be backed up.
