Unable to restore voice recording files

Try the following methods:

1. Open Recorder on your phone, and note down the name of the first recording file.

   

   

2. On the computer, open HiSuite and search for this recording file in File Manager.

   

3. Open the folder where the recording file is located.
4. Return to the upper-level directory of the folder and note down the complete directory.

   

5. Export the folder to the computer.

   

6. Then try restoring the recording files you have backed up. This time, open File Manager on the computer and drag the exported folder to the corresponding directory on your phone (same as the directory you have recorded).
