Only HiSuite_8.0.1.304 or later supports a connection via Wi-Fi. To set up a HiSuite connection, follow the steps below:
- Connect your phone to a computer using a USB cable and install HiSuite on the mobile phone.
- Make sure your phone and computer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network (same router).
- On the home page of HiSuite on your computer, click the Wi-Fi connection icon and an 8-digit verification code will be sent to your phone. Open HiSuite on your phone to obtain the code, enter it on the computer, then click the corresponding icon to set up the connection.
Note: Keep your phone screen on during the process to prevent the Wi-Fi from disconnecting.
- Functions that are supported after a HiSuite connection is set up via Wi-Fi
You can manage contacts, SMS messages, pictures/videos, app data, files, as well as Outlook emails on both your phone and computer, and download gaming apps from AppGallery onto your computer. Restoring the system and adding, deleting, or modifying a memory card are not supported.
Note: Data transmission speed may vary depending on the Wi-Fi network or router.
- HiSuite connection via Wi-Fi is no longer supported by the latest AppGallery app versions
AppGallery 8.0.3.303 and later versions no longer support a HiSuite connection via Wi-Fi. If you have updated the AppGallery app to 8.0.3.303 or later and the HiSuite app to 8.0.1.302 or later, you can no longer use AppGallery to download apps after setting up a HiSuite connection for your phone and computer via Wi-Fi.
To resolve this issue, check to confirm that the HiSuite app is 8.0.1.302 or a later version. Connect your phone to the computer using a USB cable, push the HiSuite.apk (installation package) to your phone, and install the HiSuite app on your phone.
- Make sure your phone and computer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network (same router). Then follow the steps mentioned above to set up HiSuite connection via Wi-Fi.
