Huawei HiSuite is an Android device (including phones and tablets) management assistant running on computers.

Note: This document only applies to HiSuite running on Windows computers.

Huawei phones and tablets running Android 4.0 and later.

  1. Which system versions can HiSuite run on?

Compatible systems:

32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows 10

32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows 8.1

32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows 7

32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows Vista

32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows XP.(hisuite 10.0.0.510 and later no longer support winXP)

MAC:

macOS X and later

  1. How do I report HiSuite issues?

Method 1: Send an email to hisuite@huawei.com.

Method 2: Open HiSuite and go to Menu > Problems and Feedback.

Method 3: Contact Huawei hotline.

You are advised to upload related logs and screenshots when providing feedback.
