I can't enable private browsing mode or clear browsing history

I can't enable private browsing mode or clear browsing history

Problem: The Private and History > Delete buttons are grayed out.

Solution:

Go to Settings > Digital Balance and disable Screen Time Management. Enable this feature again and select This is my phone.

This feature is not supported when Digital Balance is enabled. Go to Settings>Digital Balance>DISABLE DIGITAL BALANCE, then try again.
