Problem:

The dropzone is not displayed in apps that were not installed from HUAWEI AppGallery or GameCenter. After adding the app to AppAssistant and re-launching the app, the dropzone is still not displayed.

Cause:

Games that are not released in AppGallery or GameCenter will not be automatically added to AppAssistant. Therefore, the dropzone is not displayed when you launch the game. Even if you manually add the game to AppAssistant, the dropzone will still not be displayed for another 24 hours.

Solution:

Method 1: The dropzone will be displayed if you wait another 24 hours before relaunching the game.

Method 2: Restart your phone, launch the game, and the dropzone will be displayed.
