How to upload images and videos to Cloud
On your phone/tablet:
Go to , and enable Sync Gallery. Gallery items will automatically upload to Cloud. Touch Albums to sync at the bottom of the screen. You can also toggle on the syncing switch for the albums that you wish to sync.
- Make sure that the Gallery app version is 10.1.1.331 or later and the Cloud app version is 10.6.0.303 or later. Go to , and enable Use mobile data, to sync images and videos to Cloud using mobile data. Gallery app versions earlier than 10.1.1.311 only support image and video uploads to Cloud via Wi-Fi.
- Support for syncing Hidden items to Cloud is dependent on the Gallery app. Gallery app features may vary slightly depending on the device model, system version, and app version.

Log in to the HUAWEI Mobile Cloud official website (cloud.huawei.com), click on Gallery, click on 
on the toolbar, and select images from your device to upload them. Batch uploads are supported. You can also drag images and videos from a local folder on your PC to a custom album or folder to upload them. The default Gallery album does not support drag to upload. Only JPG and JPEG files can be uploaded.
For EMUI 5.0 or later, two-way syncing between Cloud and your phone/tablet will take effect, which means that when you enable Sync Gallery, any data that you delete from Cloud will also be deleted from your phone/tablet, and vice versa.
How to download images/videos from Cloud to my phone/tablet
On your phone/tablet:
Go to , enable Sync Gallery, touch Albums to sync, and toggle on the syncing switch for the corresponding albums. Open Gallery. On the Albums tab, open an album, touch the triangle icon at the top to switch to Cloud, and select an item or multiple items to download.
If you touch Optimize device storage on your phone/tablet, Gallery will compress local images and videos from more than 30 days ago to free up space on your device, while retaining the original images and videos in Cloud. The thumbnails of these images and videos will remain saved on your phone/tablet. To download the original file of an image or video from Cloud, touch and hold the item, and go to .

Log in to the HUAWEI Mobile Cloud official website (cloud.huawei.com), click on Gallery, select an item, or press and hold the Shift or Ctrl key to select multiple items, and click on 
on the toolbar, to begin downloading.
