Enabling or disabling Cloud

Using the Cloud app

To enable Cloud:

Go to Settings > HUAWEI ID, then navigate to Account center > Cloud, and follow onscreen prompts to enable Cloud.

To disable Cloud:

  1. Go to Settings > HUAWEI ID, then navigate to Account center > Cloud, touch the four-dot icon in the upper right corner, and then touch About and Disable Cloud
  2. To log out of Cloud, go to Settings > HUAWEI ID, access Account center, and touch Log out. Then, follow the onscreen prompts to complete the process.
  3. To disable data sync, open Cloud and toggle off the switches for the corresponding apps in Apps using the cloud.
  4. To disable Cloud Backup, go to Settings > HUAWEI ID, navigate to Account center > Cloud > Cloud Backup, and disable Cloud Backup.

Using the Cloud official website

  • To log in: Open a web browser and go to the Cloud official website (cloud.huawei.com). Enter your HUAWEI ID and password, and click LOG IN.
  • To log out: Click on your account avatar in the upper right corner of the page or on the inverted triangle icon on the right side of the screen, and click Log out.

    You can also use a mobile browser to open the Cloud official website (cloud.huawei.com). Touch Desktop version, and follow the steps described above.

Cloud is a system app and can't be uninstalled.
